After immigrating to the United States in 1979 from Laos, a young Thai and his mother endured hardship, poverty and the loss of his father, working tirelessly to build a better future. Despite these challenges, Thai never stopped dreaming, and his pursuit of a better life took him from mowing lawns to running a pizza parlor and later venturing into real estate in California. When the housing market collapsed, Thai found himself at a crossroads — but instead of giving up, he discovered FFS and the insurance industry, a turning point that would change the trajectory of his life forever.
Reflecting on his success, Thai shared:
